How do I make a booking or use this
site?
It's very simple and there are 4 steps involved;
1.
Using the search window on the left-hand side of the screen, search for
a hotel, attraction or itinerary based on your desired dates, number of people,
where you want to go, the type of accommodation and/or itinerary you want. With
itineraries you can also indicate your preferred standard of accommodation.
2.
Click on the selected item from the list displayed to find out more
information and read a detailed description (or itinerary for a package).

You can modify a package to suit your particular requirements by adding
options you like or deleting services you don't want to include - the price of
the package will automatically update based on your selection. You can view
images and find out more information about each supplier/service by clicking on
the name.
4.
If you want to, save your itinerary and return to it later and perhaps
email it to friends and family.
When you are ready to book, either call us on (09) 520 4963 or
select the option I'm ready to book, call me. Our
friendly team of experts can pull up
your saved itinerary.

Are the prices shown per person or total?
Prices are in NZ$ and are based on
the number of people you selected e.g. prices are NOT per person.
Do I have to book and pay for my itinerary to be
able to save it?
No, if you
have created an itinerary but want to save it as a quote and return to it
later, click the "Log into my account" tab.
This allows you to enter in an email address and password so you can return at
any time to your saved itinerary. We suggest you may wish to consider saving
the location as a "favorite".
How do I recover a saved quote/draft itinerary?
Log back into the web site, enter
your email and password to recover your quote. When you are ready to book and
pay, just call us with your file reference (or starting date or name) and we
can book your trip for you.
There are some services in my
itinerary that are "On Request" - what does this mean?
Your booking for that supplier cannot
be immediately confirmed for the dates requested. If you do wish to book, we
will send a request to the supplier and email you within 24-hours with
confirmation or a recommended alternative.
Are there are any hidden charges or
fees?
No, the total cost displayed is the
price you pay. Fees only apply in the event of cancellations and or amendments.
Package prices are correct and valid
at the time web pages are displayed however supplier rates can and do change
without notice therefore prices cannot be guaranteed until full payment
is made.
How will I receive my travel
documents?
Confirmation of your travel
arrangements and travel vouchers will be emailed to you once payment has been
made.
Once I have paid for my itinerary,
can I change/amend it?
Yes you can. The first amendment
will be made without a fee (supplier rates or fees may apply if the amendment
results in a date or product change at a higher rate or a cancellation).
Further changes will incur an amendment fee of $25 per amendment. Change
requests must be made by email to reserve@panpacific.co.nzPlease
ensure this quotes your itinerary reference number.
What if I want to add to my
itinerary after I've paid for it?
Not a problem,
just call us on (09) 520 4963 and let us know
what we can do to help.
What if I have to cancel my
itinerary?
Cancellation
Fees apply:
A full
refund less an administration fee of NZD$45 and any supplier cancellation fees
will be made.
Cancellations
must by advised by email to reserve@panpacific.co.nz.
Please ensure you quote your itinerary reference number.
How do I find out what a suppliers
cancellation fee is?
Individual
supplier's policies and cancellation fees are available by clicking on their
name on the web site. Before you pay and confirm your itinerary, you must
acknowledge that you have read and understood each of the supplier's policies.
Can I create an itinerary but not book
it immediately?
Yes, you can save an itinerary and
retrieve it later to make changes then book & pay however we cannot
guarantee itinerary cost will remain the same as supplier prices may change
without notice.
